Acceptance
By using Clocked you agree to these terms. If you use Clocked alongside a job, your employer's own policies also apply to how your recorded time is used.
Accurate records
Clocked helps you record working time, but you are responsible for the accuracy of your timesheet. Edited entries are marked as edited and keep their original values so the change is visible.
Automatic tracking
Automatic clock in and out is a convenience feature that depends on your device's location services. It may be delayed or unavailable when iOS limits background activity, when Low Power Mode is on, or when location permission is anything other than Always. Always verify entries that matter.
Clocked Pro
Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly, with a free trial on first purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and it is managed and cancelled in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or from Profile → Clocked Pro → Manage Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the remainder of a period already paid for is not refunded by us. Everything Clocked did before you subscribed keeps working if you stop.
The Break Room: rules for a shared space
The Break Room is shared with everyone using Clocked, and posting to it means agreeing to these rules. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post harassment or bullying, hate speech, sexual content, threats of violence, content that sexualises minors, spam or scams, or anyone's personal information, including phone numbers, email addresses and home addresses, whether yours or someone else's. Do not impersonate anyone. Do not misrepresent what you earn: the rate on your posts comes from the job you clock into, and manipulating it to mislead people is a breach of these terms.
What we do about it
You are responsible for what you post, and you keep ownership of it while granting us the licence needed to display it in the app. We screen posts automatically before they are published and remove content that breaks the rules above. We may remove any post or reply, hide content that has been reported by several people, and suspend or terminate the account of anyone who breaks these rules, without notice and at our discretion. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Every post and reply can be reported and every account can be blocked, from the ··· on the post. To appeal a removal or a suspension, or to report something you cannot reach in the app, write to clocked@dheerajkoppu.com.
No warranty
Clocked is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is not a system of record for payroll unless your employer designates it as one, and it is not legal or tax advice.
Changes
These terms may be updated with app updates. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
